Vegan in Bali

Bali was made for Vegans!

Most Indonesian people live a very clean and serene lifestyle!

They pray multiple times a day, meditate and eat. Very clean!

I absolutely loved this place! I can say hands down, out of all of the adventures I've been on, this one was the easiest when it came to eating!

There are a plethora of vegan restaurants to choose from, and none of them taste bad at all! I had everything from mushroom salads to raw vegan pizza, the options were limitless. My favorite place out of all the restaurants was a cafe named "Atman Kafe". I ate breakfast there almost every morning.  There were options of Vegan pancakes, acai bowels, tofu scramble, juice tonics and the largest coconuts I've ever had in my life!

For those who know me, they know I love my coconuts.

Also while I was there, I took part in a herbal walk! Everywhere I travel outside of the United States, they believe in holistic medicine as the way of cleansing the body. This herbal walk was magnificent, we were able to see the herbs in its natural habitat in which it grows as well as learn its medical benefits!  At the end of the walk we were able to go to her shop and purchase her products which are all natural! Keep an eye out for the video-- it is coming soon!

Fruitarians would have a field day in Bali! I am one who loves fruit, and can pass on the greens any day for a mango!

Bali is the home of the most exotic tropical fruits.  Asia and Africa use to be one as well, lets not forget!  The first day I arrived to Bali, I was all set to get mangosteens in my life!! I absolutely love mangosteens, and of course by the time they reach America, they are overripe and hard, so that's a wrap! So that was my first stop-- to the market where I got a ton of mangosteens, mangos, pineapple, dragonfruit and jackfruit!

Markets are the best. You can get so much to snack on for super cheap!

Overall, if your a Vegan looking for an amazing place to travel, where you have more then enough great food options, a beautiful view everywhere you go, and love to practice yoga! Bali is the place for you!

Do yourself a favor and travel somewhere new this year.
